Raw Material Purchase

Procurement from certified steel mills. Mill test certificates required for every heat. Materials ordered per project specifications.

Material Inspection (QI)

Incoming inspection: PMI test, chemistry verification, dimension check, surface inspection. Rejection criteria strictly enforced.

Forging & Forming

Die forging under controlled temperature. Optimal forging ratio for grain structure. Flash removal and preliminary dimensional check.

Heat Treatment (Solution Annealing)

Solution annealing per material specification. Temperature and time strictly controlled. Sample specimens from same heat lot tested.

Machining (CNC)

Rough machining followed by finish machining. CNC precision ensures tolerances per ASME B16.5 / EN1092-1. Dimensional inspection after each operation.

Inspection & Marking

100% visual inspection, dimensional verification, surface finish check. Products marked with material grade, heat number, pressure class, and size.

UT / Special Testing

Ultrasonic testing (UT) for critical applications. Hydrostatic testing available. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, DNV, LR) arranged on request.
