From Wenzhou to the World: The JIAJI Story

Founded in 2010 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province — widely recognized as "China's Stainless Steel Forging Capital" — ZHEJIANG JIAJI FORGING INDUSTRY CO., LTD. began with a clear vision: to manufacture industrial forged flanges and fittings that meet the most demanding international standards, at competitive prices, with uncompromising quality.

What started as a specialized forging workshop has grown into a fully integrated manufacturer serving global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms. Our product portfolio spans 11 flange types across ASME, EN, DIN, and GB standards, plus 9+ forged fitting configurations — all produced under one roof with full process traceability.

We work with carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316/321/347), duplex (2205), super duplex (2507), and nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Hastelloy C276, Monel 400), offering solutions from standard catalog items to fully custom-engineered forgings.

In 2025, we established a dedicated Shanghai Export Office operated by an experienced international trade team, bringing professional English-language service, faster RFQ turnaround, and end-to-end order management to our global clients.

Company Founded

JIAJI FORGING established in Wenzhou, Zhejiang — China's stainless steel flange manufacturing hub. Initial production focused on carbon steel and stainless steel forged flanges for domestic industrial clients.

2012

First International Order

Shipped the first export order to Southeast Asia, marking the beginning of JIAJI's global journey. Established relationships with overseas distributors and EPC contractors.

2014

ISO 9001 Certified by TUV SUD

PED-AD2000 / 97/23/EC Certification

Obtained Pressure Equipment Directive certification, unlocking the European market for pressure vessel and pipeline applications. Began supplying major European engineering firms.

All incoming steel billets are verified by PMI spectroscopy before entering production. Full heat/lot traceability maintained from mill certificate to final product.

Forging & Heat Treatment

Multiple forging presses with capacity up to 2,500 tons. In-house heat treatment furnaces for annealing, normalizing, quenching & tempering, and solution annealing per ASTM/ASME specifications.

Precision Machining

30+ CNC lathes and machining centers for flange facing, bolt hole drilling, groove machining, and custom profiling. Capable of tolerances within ±0.05 mm for critical dimensions.

Every shipment includes: dimensional inspection report, PMI material verification, visual inspection, and MTC (EN 10204 3.1). NDT (UT, MT, PT) available upon request and per project specification.
