EN 1092-1 Hubbed Slip On Flange - Type 12

European standard hubbed slip on flange. EN 1092-1 Type 12 (equivalent DIN 2558). DN10-DN1000, PN6-PN100. Fillet weld connection.

Hubbed Slip On Flange Type 12

The EN 1092-1 Type 12 Hubbed Slip On Flange (DIN 2558) features a short, tapered hub with a plain bore. The pipe slips into the flange bore and is secured by fillet welds on both the inside and outside of the hub — producing a strong, leak-tight connection suitable for medium-pressure service.

Type 12 differs from Type 02 (Loose Plate Flange) by having an integral hub that provides additional reinforcement at the pipe junction. Compared to Type 11 (Weld Neck), it requires less weld preparation but offers lower pressure ratings.

JIAJI FORGING manufactures Type 12 Hubbed Slip On flanges in austenitic stainless steel, duplex & super duplex (EN 1.4462, 1.4410), and nickel alloys.
