The ASME B16.5 Blind Flange (BL) is a solid disk used to seal the end of a pipe or valve opening. It has no bore and provides a complete closure for pressure vessel openings, manways, or pipeline termination points. Blind flanges are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation applications where future access may be required.
