Overview
Standard austenitic stainless steels (304, 316) cover most industrial applications — but when temperatures exceed 500°C, chloride concentrations rise above seawater levels, or sulfuric/hydrochloric acid environments are involved, special alloys become mandatory. This cluster covers the high-performance materials that JIAJI FORGING produces for the world's most demanding service conditions.
Special alloy forging requires distinct heat treatment protocols, narrower forging temperature windows, and more stringent quality control than standard carbon or stainless steel. Each alloy in this cluster has been selected based on decades of real-world application data:
Precipitation-hardened Ni-Cr-Fe alloy for 700°C service. Aerospace and subsea wellhead flanges.
Super austenitic with 4.5% Mo. Outstanding sulfuric acid resistance for chemical processing.
PREN 43 — highest pitting resistance among austenitics. FGD scrubbers and seawater systems.
Immune to seawater corrosion. 45% lighter than steel. Offshore risers and chemical tankers.
